The main advantage of this solution is price, simplicity and possible use for very runny doughs. The company J4 s.r.o. produces up to four-deck tunnel ovens, which decrease the requirement for the area of the ovens in the bakeshop while remaining the features of standard tunnel oven.
Description of band
Empty tins are in rows attached to the guiding chain and as a whole they create the band (aggregate) that is common for proofer as well as for tunnel oven.
Description of line
Rows of tins are filled with dough simultaneously at the infeed of the proofer. After proofing of bread in the proofer, the tins enter the oven directly. Owing to the common band, it is not needy to reload bread into the oven, which brings certain technology benefits by this solution and also the construction reduction of the whole line. The technology benefits are based mainly on use for very runny doughs.
