Extended steam zone
Cyclotherm baking ovens made by the company J4 s.r.o. are generally equipped with a hydrothermic steam zone. This steam zone is located at the beginning of the baking chamber and it serves for steaming the product according to its technological requirements. The level of steaming can be regulated by the throttling valves. In case of need for very strong steaming the oven can be equipped with extended steam zone.
This standard steam zone of length 900 mm can be extended up to 1275 mm in length and can be equipped with up to six steam pipes in relation to the size of the baking surface of the oven and the technological requirements of the production of the baked products.
