Durable pastries lines
All the customer´s requirements are advised to be first consulted with our specialists and then the design of the line could be prepared so that it would satisfy the demand for the production and would reflect the possibilities how to arrange the line in the premises of the bakery.
Lines for the production of durable pastries enables to bake the following products:
- cookies of all types (set, pressed, cut),
- sponge cake biscuits,
- biscuits,
- honey cake dough,
- pretzel and sticks,
- beer white bread rolls,
- gingerbread.
In cooperation with Czech and foreign producers we supply complete production lines with forming devices for the production of durable pastries of various shapes and sizes, glazed, filled or unfilled, from very soft dough to extremely stiff dough. In case of interest, it is possible to test the production technology in our daughter´s company „Perník s.r.o.“ or at our partner´s.
