DUOTHERM – forced air circulation
DUOTHERM is duothermic circuit that can be used for the control of air velocity inside the baking space.
Duothermic circuit consists of 2 fans placed in the baking tunnel, of distribution system of air and exhaust nozzles.
By changing the fan revolutions you can set the air flow velocity in the baking tunnel. By this you can modify the output of the baking oven, improve the brown colouring on the sides of the baked product, reduce the necessary baking time, increase the percentage of the finished products and increases the heat transfer surface of the oven radiator anytime during baking process.
