Configuration of baking oven
Baking cyclothermic ovens are especially designed to suit the requirements for the course of the temperature curve and in the way so that the technology requirements for the baking of the specific product should be met. By appropriate arrangement of heating zones and of position of the tower, it is possible to achieve as well as quite different temperature curves, all can be discussed with our specialists during the project of the line.
Ovens are generally equipped with steam zone, two helical bevel gear boxes for the band drive, wire mesh bend, burners Weishaupt and stainless steel sheeting. As an option we can equip the tunnel oven with duotherm, extended steam zone, forced exhaust of vapours and with many other accessories, that is shown in Accessories and additional executions of the ovens.
