Nowadays after the complete overhaul of the bakery shop, we put into operation the oven PPP 3 61.221 and PPP 3 81.211-2V. Common bakeries will be produced in these ovens.

 J4 launched into operation a new cyklothermic band oven  PPP 3,0 63.211 for baking white bread with  60% wheat and 40% rye flour. 5 heating zone of the oven are heated by industrial burner Weishaupt G 30.

In this year our company has finished another interesting project in the cooperation with Dutch firm BVT Bakery Services that supervised the delivery of the complete production line.The outcome of one-year joint development was the assembly of the new high-temperature oven PPP 1,3 10,4.225-H
