The J4 company, in conjunction with Topos Mondial Corporation, installed, commissioned and trained the Del Buono Bakery staff on their new PPP 3 45.211,Du tunnel oven for baking a variety of artisan bread and rolls, both in pans and on the hearth. The Grand Opening ceremony and celebration party photos are shown below.
